Cleaner Klaravexa & VPN

1. Local device work

Klaravexa performs Library navigation, document decoding, Sweep calculations and Safety Lens analysis on the device. File paths and contents, generated hashes, document text, cleanup choices, package inventory and review observations are not transmitted to the Publisher or the VPN service. Ordinary preferences remain in Android app storage until cleared or uninstalled.

2. Optional VPN handling

Private Bridge is optional. After both disclosures, Klaravexa generates a WireGuard identity and sends only its public key to the Bucharest, Romania endpoint. The node associates that key with a tunnel address until profile deletion; the encrypted private key stays on the device. Active forwarding processes source IP, DNS queries, destination addresses and packet data transiently. The service is configured without retained browsing, DNS, traffic-content, connection-time or per-device bandwidth logs.

3. Permission boundaries

All files access is limited to the Library, reader, Sweep and accessible-file review. Installed-app visibility powers only the accepted Safety Lens inventory. A chosen APK is passed to Android's installer, which keeps final control. VpnService creates the disclosed network interface only after in-app and system consent.

4. Infrastructure providers

BitLaunch supplies the isolated VPN virtual server and network infrastructure. Cloudflare provides the registered domain, authoritative DNS and privacy-site delivery. These providers may process limited operational network data needed to deliver, secure and troubleshoot their services. They are not authorized to use app information for advertising. The Publisher does not sell personal information.

5. Retention, deletion and protection

Device-side information follows your own file actions, Android settings and app-data lifecycle. The VPN public-key record lasts until in-app profile deletion; the service has no retained browsing history for the Publisher to erase. Provisioning uses HTTPS, WireGuard protects tunnel transport and administrative access is restricted. No security measure can offer an absolute guarantee.

7. Children, transfers and revisions

The app is not directed to children under 13. The VPN endpoint is in Bucharest, Romania; infrastructure providers may process operational data in other jurisdictions. A materially changed practice will result in an updated effective date and any additional notice or consent required by law.
